Ad Shoots are a Service, Not a Physical Product

This policy is to clarify that purchasing an ad shoot from Mondescape Media (we, us, or our) does not involve any physical products being shipped. 

Ad shoots are services rendered, and the final deliverables are delivered electronically.

Delivery of Final Products

Following the completion of your ad shoot, you will receive the final videos through one of the following methods:

• Secure online download link: We will provide you with a secure link to download your final videos in high resolution.
• Cloud storage transfer: We can transfer your files to a cloud storage service of your choosing (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive) with your permission.

Timeline for Delivery

The timeline for receiving your final deliverables will be outlined in your specific contract with Mondescape Media. It typically takes 8-10 business days after the shoot is complete for editing and finalisation.
